At GIM Robotics, we take pride in our tight-knit community and people-oriented culture, which is why we strive to maintain transparent and open communication with our strategic decision-makers. Recently, we held an informal event where our GIMsters got to meet with the Board Members over some delicious neapolitan pizza and drinks.

One of the biggest challenges in fostering a good connection between the decision-makers, like our Board Members, and the employees is to build trust. Even though many of our Board Members are current or ex-GIMsters themselves and have a good understanding of what is happening in the company, it's important for our GIMsters to learn more about the Board's role.

The idea for the event came from the Board Members themselves.

So why did the Board want to meet our GIMsters? I am sure a good reason to eat pizza is one of the reasons but from a strategic point of view here are some reasons why it is good for both Board Members and the GIMsters to have an open conversation and meet.
