What you'll be doing
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be a proficient full-stack developer, designing and developing systems and architecture, from cloud-based user interfaces to low-level actions on mobile robots. You’ll also get the opportunity to take on a technical lead role, leveraging your expertise to teach others and contribute to our development work. You'll work on everything from robot user interfaces and perception system development to cloud-based solutions and data analysis. Our goal is to enable our customers’ machines to move autonomously, and you'll be at the heart of making that happen.
What we are looking for
You're a highly skilled and independent team player with a strong interest in autonomous mobile robots. You have a proactive attitude and a drive to spot opportunities for improvement. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Over 5 years of software development experience
- A university-level degree (M.Sc. or higher) in a relevant field like robotics, computer science, or electrical engineering
- Proficiency in some programming language, the stack you would work with consists of Python, C/C++ and Typescript
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with ROS/ROS2, NextJS, three.js, Django, FastAPI
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure
We also consider the following skills a plus:
- 3D graphics or game development experience
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and Pipelines development
- Understanding of machine learning methods.
- Customer interaction experience
- Experience with agile-based development
