Are you ready to lead sales for a robotics company that's making an impact? We’re looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in the DACH region. If you're passionate about robotics and enjoy building lasting customer relationships, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do
As our Sales Manager for the DACH region, you will be the driving force behind our growth in one of Europe’s key markets. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our company's success by:
- Developing and refining our sales process to be as efficient and effective as possible.
- Actively building connections with potential customers and partners.
- Leading customer meetings and representing our company at industry fairs and events.
- Working closely with our S&M and product development teams to ensure our offerings meet market needs.
- Closing deals that bring our innovative software to new clients.
Who You Are
You have a deep understanding of the European AGV/AMR market, its technology, and the key players. You are self-initiated with an entrepreneurial attitude and have a proven track record in B2B software sales. You're a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills, and you're comfortable with travelling on a regular basis.

- Deep knowledge of the European AGV/AMR market, technology, and key players.
- Fluent professional written and spoken German.
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B software product sales.
- A Master’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Ready to travel 2-3 times a month in the DACH area.
